The follow list of projects we have undertaken is not conclusive, we have designed many smaller one off systems.

• RFID
  Traditionally RFID has been offered in bespoke systems, our RFID designs  use ..."Off-the-Shelf" products to integrate the system.
  An example of this is an application using Siemens based PLC Controllers, with Profibus and Profinet Remote I/O to read RFID ID cards.
  The information from the transponder card is transported back to a host system where the database and time records are held.
  The doors are opened and monitored by the Remote I/O of the PLC system.
• Irrigation control for horticultural requirements. including temperature control, dosing and packaging in the same environments.
  
• Brickworks
  Conveying, mixing and adjunct sytems complete with SCADA / HMI interfaces have been designed for Brickworks, to include upgrades and modifications.
  Other systems include fully automated hydraulic brick transfer trolley's which automatically load and extract brick tray trolleys to and from ovens.
  
• Plastic Dipping and Moulding
  Servo driven positioning systems wih laser feedback and Recipe based interfaces have been implemented and designed , with an NDA based client / customer relationship.
• Bagging Systems
  Implemention of redesign and upgrade of loose bag filling mechanisms using PLC systems with recipe based HMI's, controlled with Profibus Interfaces on Weighing Systems and Air Valve Block control.
• Water Board PLC Control and SCADA Systems.
  Implementing new Borehole systems to required specifications, Treatment Works and waste water plant modifications.
• Control and panels for Flushing systems for storm water.
• Cooling Systems for Precipitating Water Towers.
• One customer required an existing very large sound system to be integrated into their control system,The customer required the switching in and out under pre-selection, 10 zones of speaker output.
  Each zone had 1 through to 30 speaker outputs preselected to each of them. The operator was then able to give verbal instructions over a microphone whilst disabling or enabling music to a given zone.
  The interface for the operator was a lost cost HMI, into a low end PLC I/O system, development time was minimal and the overall cost within the clients budget.
• Biofuel Projects which include, Fuel Refining Processes, Generator Control and CHP control integration.
•  Crane Positioning and Control Systems (All types of cranes RMG,RTG,Quay,Single Stack warehouse, paper mill feed, in cave transporters etc..)
• Reclamation Systems for Gypsum, General Waste, Recovery, Trommels and Classifiers.
